TIMELINE
The Build Up - General Preperation Phase
12 JUNE 2026
Return to the Isle of Man after nine months trekking through Nepal and India. Physical recalibration begins.
15 JUNE 2026
Training resumed. Integrated high-volume CrossFit sessions with daily construction labor for natural loading.
15 JUN – 18 JUL
Foundation Phase: Established structural integrity through consistent resistance work and daily joint protocols.
19 – 25 JULY
Deload Week: Focused on neurological recovery and localized soft tissue repair before the first heavy drag.
26 JULY 2026
Log Introduction: Commenced harness testing with the focal timber. Learning specific pull mechanics.

Hips, knees, ankles and calves carry 70kg over 42km of tarmac. A daily 5-minute morning and evening joint protocol runs throughout every phase. Construction work loads the body daily alongside training — rest days carry equal weight to training sessions.
